Checklist Completion Options

This page is displayed when you click the Finish button while completing a checklist.  

• Go To Button
  This button will return you to the Checklist Questions page.  Select a question number from the drop-down list and click the Go To button to return to the checklist.

• Completed Button
  If the checklist has been completed and is ready for scoring, click on the Completed button.  The completed checklist will be graded and recorded.  Selecting this button returns you to the View Checklist page.

• Leave Open Button
  If the checklist is not ready for scoring, or otherwise needs to be left open for future action, click on the Leave Open button.  This will store the checklist with the scoring that was entered, but will not grade or close the checklist.  You may return to the checklist at a future time to complete it.  Selecting this button returns you to the View Checklist page.
