Instructor Roster

This screen is accessed from the Instructor Schedule page by selecting View Roster from the drop-down menu in the Action column and clicking on Go.  

This page shows the course information, a list of students who are currently enrolled in the class, and the number of Pre-Class Lessons (if there are any required for the course) that each student has completed.  

From this page, the instructor can send an email to any or all of the students currently enrolled.  

To do this,

  1. Click on the box to the left of the student's names who are to receive emails.  To choose all the students, click on the box on the left end of the red bar.  

  2. Click on the email button.  

  3. The person's name and email information on the form.  Enter the subject and message.

  4. Click Send Message to send the email.
