Change Password

To access this page, open the Utilities main menu, then select Change Password.  

If your password has been reset, you will need to enter a new password before accessing the system.  For more information, refer to help for the Logon page.

To change your password, do the following:

1. Enter your Logon ID. If you are already logged on to Learner your ID will be shown and the Logon ID field will be disabled.

2. Enter your Old Password. If your password has been reset, leave the Old Password field blank.  

3. Enter your New Password. Your password must be at least 4 characters in length and may not contain spaces. You may use both numbers and letters in your password.

4. Re-enter the same new password in the Repeat Password field.

5. Press the OK button.

Your System Administrator may have configured Learner so that passwords must have a certain degree of complexity to ensure security.  If you enter a password that does not meet the rules set by your System Administrator you will receive a "password invalid" or "password not allowed" message.
