Virtual Training Assistantâ„¢ Online Help
Most of the system functions require you to logon. You must have a valid Logon ID and Password to logon.
Once entered, click the OK button to logon.
You will be taken to your system's start page unless you have set a page as your personal Learner Start Page.
Tip: Depending on the configuration of
your system, you may not be allowed to set a personal Learner Start Page.
Your VTA Learner system may be configured to allow self-registration of new students.
Clicking the I am a new student link on the logon page will send them to the Add Student Profile page and allow them to create a Logon ID and Password.
Complete all required fields, enter the Security Code and click the OK button to create your student profile.
If you have forgotten your password, the system can email your password to you. Just click the Forgot your password? link on the logon page.
Tip: Depending on the configuration of
your system, the Logon ID and password may be case-sensitive. You
should type your Logon ID and password exactly as instructed by your System
Administrator.
If your password has been reset by your supervisor or a System Administrator, you will need to enter a new password the next time you logon.
To do so, enter just your Logon ID on the logon page and press the OK button.
The system will take you to the Change Password page. Enter a New Password, then repeat and click OK.
To log out of your VTA Learner session, click the "Logoff" link in the top-right corner of the Learner window.
You will be re-directed to a page chosen by your System Administrator. Most often, you are re-directed back to the VTA Learner Logon page.
If you get a "Page Cannot Be Displayed"
or "Access Denied" page when clicking "Logoff", the
page may be on a network to which you do not have access. Simply close
the window. If you feel there is an issue with your access, contact your
System Administrator.
