Custodian

Overview

This page displays a list of courses for which you are the Course Custodian.  

Columns

The grid includes the following columns:

• Site

• Code

• Course Title

• Next Review

• Status

All columns are sortable by clicking the column header name.

Site

The site that owns the course.

Code

The unique code that identifies the course.

Course Title

This is the name or title of the course.

Next Review

The next scheduled review date for the course.

Status

This is either "Active" or "Inactive".  

Your System Administrator may have configured Learner so that only Active courses display.

Edit A Course

To edit information for a course listed on the grid, click the Course Title link or click the pencil icon to the left of the Course Title.
