This screen is accessed from the Instructor Schedule page by selecting Change Status from the drop-down menu in the Action column and clicking on Go.
This page shows the course information and its current status. From this page, the instructor can change the status by choosing either Open, Shut or Cancel from the drop-down menu and clicking on the Submit button.
Open - the course is open to students for enrollment or wait-listing.
Shut - no additional students can enroll or wait-list the course if this is the status.
Cancel - the course is cancelled.
Host Site Only - Only students belonging to the site hosting the class may enroll.
Relatives - Only students belonging to the same "parent site" as the class may enroll.
Plan Only - Students may only enroll through the My Plan option of My Learner.
