Your System Administrator may link documents to:
Classes you have taken or are scheduled to take.
Your individual record.
You can view linked documents from the My Documents menu option. Each row shown in My Documents includes the following columns:
Document Name
The name of the document.
Date
The date the document was attached. For example, if the document
is associated with a class this will be the class date.
Linked To
This indicates how the document was linked to you.
Action
Click the link in this column to open the document in a new window.
You can click Document Name, Date or Linked To column to sort the data by the selected column.
Hover over the Advanced Tool Tip icon to display additional information about the document.
