My Mail

You may occasionally receive mail from the System Administrator through Learner. In most cases, if your email address is in the VTA system then you will not receive Learner Mail; you will instead receive notifications via your e-mail system. In the event that you do not have an e-mail address in VTA you can receive mail in Learner through the My Mail option.

Each row of your mail includes the following columns:

Status
An icon indicates whether the mail has been opened or not.
Is CC?
If checked, your were copied on the mail item. Otherwise you are the main recipient of the mail item.
Note Subject
The subject of the mail item. Click the link in this column to open the mail item.
Date Sent
The date the mail item was sent.

Sorting

You may click any column header to sort by that column.

Tool Tip

Hover over the link in the Note Subject column to display an Advanced Tool Tip window with more information about the mail item.

Delete Mail

To delete mail items check the first column of the row you wish to delete, then click the Delete button. You may select more than one row to delete at a time. Clicking the check box in the header row of the grid will select or de-select all the rows on the page.
