People

Overview

The People page allows you to browse the organization around you or others you may navigate to from the page.

There are 4 areas on the People page:

1. Student

2. Reports To (Primary Supervisor)

3. Endorsements

4. Reporting to [student name] (people who the student is associated as their Primary Supervisor)

This page can be added to Your Favorites () or set as your Learner start page () by clicking the icon in the top-left corner of the page.

Student

On the upper-left of the People page, you will see the contact card of the person you are viewing.

Below the contact card will be the Biographical Info and Interests they entered on the About Me page.

Tip: The fields displayed on a contact card are configurable on a site-by-site basis. Contact your system administrator for further information.

Reports To

On the upper-right of the People page, you will see the contact card of their Primary Supervisor.

Clicking their card will open their People page and you can see the organization around them.

Endorsements

Below the Biographical Info and Interests section will be the skill Endorsements received for the person you are viewing.

An Add Skill button allows you to associate a new skill for that person.

All added skills will be listed in order from most to least endorsed. You can:

• Click on a skill to open its Skill Endorsements page.

• Click on a person who endorsed the skill to open their People page.

• Click the ... (more) button to the right of the endorsements for a skill to open a page with details for each endorsement, including the Reason and Date of the endorsement.

Reporting to

Below the Endorsements section will be the peer group for the person you are viewing.

You will see a contact card for each person reporting to the same Primary Supervisor.

Clicking a card will open their People page and you can see the organization around them.
