Reset Student Passwords

This page can be used by supervisors to reset the passwords of their assigned students and teams for which they have been the supervisor.  When a student's password is reset, they will be required to enter a new password to Logon to VTA Learner.  This page can be accessed by selecting Reset Student Passwords from the main menu.    

Perform the following steps to reset the passwords for one or more students:

1. Apply filters to select students whose password you wish to reset.  For help on selecting students please see Selecting Students for Reports (the same selection method is used in reports).

2. In the Select Student list, select the students whose password you wish to reset.  You can select more than one student using the standard Windows shift-click and ctrl-click methods.

3. Click the Reset Passwords button.  The system will display a confirmation message indicating that the passwords were reset.
