If your e-mail address is not found in your student profile, Learner cannot

If you have forgotten your password, VTA Learner can send your password to your e-mail address. From the Logon page, click the "Forgot your password" link.
If you are prompted to enter a security code, enter the code displayed in the image just above the Security Code text box. If you hare unable to read the code, refresh the page and Learner will generate a new code.
Enter your VTA Learner Logon ID and press the OK button.
If you do not receive your password from Learner shortly after submitting this page, contact your System Administrator: The e-mail address stored for you in Learner may not be correct.
