About Surveys

This page displays a list of surveys you need to complete. To reach this page, select Surveys from the main menu.

Surveys are used to gather information and opinions from students. Your System Administrator wants to collect this information in order to improve the training available to you. To complete an survey, click the "Fill-Out" link for the desired survey. The system will then display the Survey Instructions page in a new browser window.

Each row on this page will include:

Survey Name
The name of the survey.
Opens
The date on which the survey is first available for completion.
Closes
The date on which the survey period closes. After this date you will not be able to complete the survey.

Sorting

You may click on the Survey Name, Opens or Closes columns to sort the data by that column.

Hover over the Advanced Tool Tip icon to display additional survey information.
