Several pages in Learner will display a Schedule Class Session Status value.
This is the current online enrollment Status of the Class Session.
Possible Status Codes:
Open - The class is available for enrollment, although there may be a waiting list.
Class Is Full - The class roster maximum has been reached, but there are still spots available on the wait list.
Wait list full - The class roster maximum has been reached and the wait list is full.
Shut - The class is closed to online enrollment. You may wish to contact your System Administrator or view the Class Description page for more information.
Canceled - The Scheduled Class Session was canceled.
Why is a canceled class displayed? The
System Administrator has not yet deleted or archived the session. It may
be re-scheduled at a later date and enrollment would then be re-opened.
Relatives - Only students at the Host Site (the Site that "owns" the class session), the "Parent Site" or a related Site (under the same Parent Site) may enroll in the class.
Host Site Only - Only students at the Host Site (the Site that "owns" the class session) may enroll in the class.
Plan Only - Enrollment is only allowed from the My Plan page because it must be assigned as a training requirement.
