Group Enrollment

If you are a supervisor, you can enroll your students in classes from this page.  You can also cancel enrollments for your students.  This page is accessed from the Class Description page.  The top of the page displays the course title and dates for which you are processing enrollments and cancellations.

Tip: If the Select to Enroll and Select to Cancel boxes already display the students you wish to process, you can skip steps 1-3 of this procedure.
 

To process enrollments and cancellations for your students:

  1. Select a department and/or work area whose students you wish to enroll.  Use the Department and/or Work Area pull-downs to make your selection.

Tip: Your System Administrator may have renamed the Department and Work Area pull-downs.  Just use the first two pull-down menus on this page to make your selections.

  1. Click the Get Students button.  

  2. The Select to Enroll box displays a list of students that are not currently enrolled in the class.  Select the students that you wish to enroll.  

  3. The Select to Cancel box displays a list of students that are either currently enrolled or are on the waiting list for the class.  Select the students that you wish to cancel.

Tip: In both the Select to Enroll and Select to Cancel boxes, you can select more than one student by using the standard Windows shift-click and ctrl-click methods.
 

  1. If you wish to skip the confirmation page, check the Skip Confirm Page box.

  2. Click the Submit Changes button.
