Virtual Training Assistantâ„¢ Online Help
VTA Learner maintains automatic waiting lists for classes that are full. Prior to enrolling in a class from the Class Description page, check the Status field to determine if there is room for you in the class. If you enroll in a class that is full, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list. When students cancel from a class with a waiting list, Learner automatically enrolls the next student on the waiting list. You will be notified if you make it from the waiting list into the class.
When you are on a waiting list for a class, you may not enroll in another session of the same course. For example, if you on the waiting list for a "Total Quality 101" to be presented on January 21 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, you may not enroll in another "Total Quality 101" class on February 10. In addition, you may not enroll in any other class on January 21 from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM: This could create a scheduling conflict. To enroll in another class at the same time, or another session of the same course, you must first remove yourself from the waiting list for the January 21 class. (See: How To: Cancel an Enrollment)
