Select Student to AssessThis page displays a list of pending assessments for which you are a Named Assessor. It is accessed by choosing the Assessor menu option.
If you are not a Named Assessor, the menu option will be hidden.
Learner allows you to filter students within a specific Site or see all students across All Sites. By default, your Site is selected and applied.
Once you have selected a specific site or "All Sites", click the Apply Filter button. Click the My Site button to change the value back to your Site (if you changed the Site).
Any time you make a change, click the Apply Filter button to see the results.
Once the grid has results, you will see:
Paging controls to navigate the results.
Search options to go to the first record found in the current sort order according to the search term or date.
For example, in the image above, the grid is sorted by Student Name. "b" was entered and the Search button was clicked. VTA Learner went to the first record it found that the Last Name that started with "b".
In the image below, the grid is sorted (descending) by Next Assessment. The search term box changed to a date selector, 9/2/15 was selected and the Search button was clicked. VTA Learner went to the first record it found that had a Next Assessment date of 9/2/15.
Students available in a grid with the following columns:
Tooltip - Hover over the Advanced Tooltip icon to display additional information about the student.
Student Site
Student Name
No. Competencies - Number of Competencies associated to the student.
Last Assessment - The date of the last committed assessment.
Next Assessment - The date of the next assessment as entered by the last Assessor.
Action - Click the Go link to begin a student assessment on the My Competencies page.
All columns except the Tooltip and Action columns are sortable by clicking the column header name.
