Selecting Courses for Reports

Some reports allow you to select the courses to include in the report.  The course selection looks like that shown below.

To select a course:

  1. Click the Select Course button.  This will open a pop-up window with 3 tabs, "Browse Catalog", "Courses" and "Competency".  Choose which method you wish to use to locate a course by selecting a tab.
  2. In the search window, once you have located the desired course click the course title.  This will close the Search window and return you to the report options screen.
  3. Click the Add button to add your selected course to the Selected Courses list.
  4. Some reports will allow you to include more than one selected course.  To add another course, repeat steps 1-3 above.
