Selecting Courses for Reports
Some reports allow you to select the courses to include in the report.
The course selection looks like that shown below.

To select a course:
- Click the Select
Course button. This will open a pop-up window with 3
tabs, "Browse Catalog",
"Courses" and "Competency". Choose
which method you wish to use to locate a course by selecting a tab.
- In the search window, once you have
located the desired course click the course title. This will
close the Search window and return you to the report options screen.
- Click the Add
button to add your selected course to the Selected Courses list.
- Some reports will allow you to include
more than one selected course. To add another course, repeat
steps 1-3 above.
