Virtual Training Assistantâ„¢ Online Help
The Training Summary Report shows a summary of all training classes attended by a student within a specified date range.
To generate this report perform the following steps:
Select the Students to include in the report. For help on selecting students see Selecting Students For Reports.
Select a From and To Date Range for the report. For help on selecting a date range see Selecting Report Date Ranges.
Choose additional report options:
Students With No Training - Check this box to include selected students even if they have no training history during the selected date range.
Select a File Type for the report.
Select a Report Form for the report.
Tip:
Unless your system includes custom report forms you, may only have one
possible selection for a Report Form.
Click the Run
button to generate your report. The Back
button will return you to the Supervisor
Reports menu. The Save button
allows you to save the report as a favorite.
