About Reports

Overview

The reports available to you depend on whether you are only a Student, a Supervisor or an Instructor.

Once the Reports page is accessed, three possible tabs are displayed depending on your role:

• Supervisor Reports

• Instructor Reports

• Reports About Me

Select a tab to access the available reports. You will see all three tabs unless:

• If you are not set as an Instructor of an instructor-led session, the Instructor Reports tab will be hidden.

• If you are not associated with reporting rights as a Primary Supervisor of another person, or a Supervisor of a Team, Department or Work Area, the Supervisor Reports tab will be hidden.

Report Formats

VTA Learner can generate reports in a variety of output formats including:

• PDF (Portable Document Format) - To view PDF files, you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

• Note: You can download a free copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader from Adobe.com.

• RTF - (Rich Text Format) - To view or edit an RTF file, you must have a word processor application that supports them, such as Microsoft® Office Word.
• HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) - You can view reports generated to HTML with your web browser.
• MS Excel 8.0 (Microsoft Excel) - You can view reports generated to MS Excel 8.0 using Microsoft Office® Excel. They will be formatted to simulate the PDF output.
