Virtual Training Assistantâ„¢ Online Help
This page displays courses where you have completed all required lessons.
If you attended a classroom training
event or completed a self-study (online) course that contained a non-required
lesson that you have not completed, such as an online evaluation, it would
still be listed in your training history. Even though the lesson was not
completed, because it was not required,
the course is considered complete.
This page can be added to Your Favorites
(
) or set as your
Learner start page (
) by clicking the icon in the
top-left corner of the page.
To filter displayed records by date, select a time period in the Dates drop-down and click the Apply Filter button to update the grid.
Each row on this grid will include:
Course
Title
The name of the in-progress course.
Code
The course code.
Completed
The date on which you finished the course.
Hours
The credit hours you received for the course.

If there are lessons associated with the course, click the View link

This column displays any documents that may be associated with the
class. To open a class document, first select the desired document
from the drop-down list. Then click the Open button.
Your Rating
If a course allows ratings, you can submit your rating by clicking on the maximum number of stars you would like to apply.
Depending on the configuration chosen
by your System Administrator, you may or may not have a Documents column.
Also, not all courses allow for ratings and some systems may have the
ratings feature turned off.
You can click on the Course Title, Code, Completed or Hours column headers to sort the grid by the selected column.
If your System Administrator has enabled the Document features of Learner, you may see a My Documents drop-down list at the top of the page. The documents in this list are documents that are not specific to any class but are instead associated with your personal record. To open a document, first select the desired document from the drop-down list. Then click the Open button.
To print your history from the grid, choose the desired output format using the Format drop-down list and click the Print button.
