Non-Attendance Report (Supervisors)

Overview

The Non-Attendance report is a list of all Students who have not taken a particular Course or Topic during a specified time period.

Note: This report does not examine if the course is required or not. It simply checks history and lists people it does not find to have attended the course(s).

To Generate

To generate this report perform the following steps:

  1. Select the Students to include in the report.  For help on selecting students see Selecting Students For Reports.

  2. Select a From and To Date Range for the report.  For help on selecting a date range see Selecting Report Date Ranges.

  3. Select the Courses to include in the report.  For help on selecting courses see Selecting A Course.

  4. Choose additional report options:

  5. Select a File Type for the report.

  6. Select a Report Form for the report.  

Tip: Unless your system includes custom report forms you, may only have one possible selection for a Report Form.

  1. Click the Run button to generate your report.  The Back button will return you to the Supervisor Reports menu.  The Save button allows you to save the report as a favorite.
