Virtual Training Assistantâ„¢ Online Help
Requirement Reports allow you to generate reports that show what Requirements are assigned, where they are assigned, which ones are overdue or coming due or provide a status of their training Requirements. If Requirements are not completed by their Due Date, they are considered "exceptions".
Status Report - This reports list all training Requirements that apply to Students. Requirements that have been met are marked with a check mark (Note: Some versions of this report may use Y/N to indicate "met", or an "X" to indicate met.)
Status Matrix - This version of the status report shows the data as a Matrix, with students going down the page in rows and courses going across the page in columns. Different symbols are used to indicate the time period in which the requirement is due.
Status Graph - This version of the
status report shows the completion percentage of assigned requirements
for each student.
