The Course Schedule page displays all sessions available for a selected course (Course Title displayed at the top of the page).
If the course you selected is not currently scheduled, the following will be displayed in red at the top of the page:
Course "[Course Title]" is presently not scheduled.
(Course Custodian: [custodian name])
The page is accessed from a variety of places in Learner:
Clicking Schedule for an instructor-led course on:
Program Status page (see My Programs).
Clicking See Schedule (link or button) for a course on:
Find Course > Catalog results
Find Course > Competency results
Search Catalog results
Clicking the Back button will return you to whichever Learner page that got you to the Course Schedule page.
If the class is not currently scheduled, or the scheduled times or locations do not meet your needs, you can add the course to your My Wishlist page by clicking the Add to My Wishlist.
Learner can then send a notification when additional events are scheduled.
The results grid will have the following columns:
Register
() button
Topic
Dates
Times
Location
Status
All columns except the Status column are sortable by clicking the column header name.
Click the button to view the Class Description and enroll in the class.
Click the Course Title link to view the Class Description and enroll in the class.
If a schedule class event is associated to a particular Class Topic (by your System Administrator), then it will be displayed in italics below the Course Title.
Hover over the Course Title to display an Advanced Tool Tip with the following class information:
Code
Title
Dates/Times
Session Contact
Status (of enrollment)
Topic
Requires Approval
Charge Amount
Comment
The start and end date of the class.
The start and end time of the class.
The time zone for the class is also displayed.
Displays the Site that scheduled the event and the Classroom and Classroom Location where it will be held.
Tip: If a Classroom has not been associated
to the session by your System Administrator, then the Site that scheduled
the event and "To Be Assigned" is displayed.
The Status column displays:
if enrollment is possible
who can enroll
how many seats are available
Note: If a class roster maximum has
not been set, then "Unlimited Seats" will be displayed.
